Ian is an Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets team at Knight Frank Singapore. Upon returning from UK, Ian joined a local property consultancy firm in 2002, gaining exposure across various departments including Property and Facilities Management, Valuation and Investment during his six-year tenure. With close to 20 years of real estate experience, Ian has advised and successfully transacted over SGD 6 billion worth of deals in Singapore and overseas. Deals brokered include Rio Casa, Dunearn Gardens, Straits Trading Building, Oxley Rise, 18 Mount Elizabeth, McDonald’s Place, Lion City Hotel, 120 Robinson Road and Gallery Hotel amongst others. He is also a licensed valuer and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers. Between 2015 to 2019, he was also appointed as an External Examiner by Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s School of Design & Environment.
